Summary:

The delegates training experience begins prior to the course through the provision of interactive e-learning via our web based portal. The portal provides each delegate with their own private site offering information to help develop individual learning plans and track progress through each module.

PreRequisites:

Delegates are required to meet the following prerequisites:

  • The CCNA Fast Track course is ideal for delegates who have some networking knowledge or are looking to recertify as a CCNA.

We recommend that delegates who are not familiar with networking should attend the separate ICND1 and ICND2 courses as the CCNA Fast Track course is very intensive.

Audience:

  • Network technicians who configure and support inter-networks
  • Individuals seeking CCNA certification
  • Management and salespeople who need a working knowledge of modern networking

Objectives:

This course provides the ability to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot medium-size routed and switched networks, including implementation and verification of connections to remote sites in a WAN. This new curriculum includes basic mitigation of security threats, introduction to wireless networking concepts and terminology, and performance-based skills. This new curriculum also includes (but is not limited to) the use of these protocols: IP, Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing

Protocol (EIGRP), Serial Line Interface Protocol Frame Relay, Routing Information Protocol Version 2 (RIPv2), VLANs, Ethernet, access control lists (ACLs). Harbrook assess delegates through positive reinforcement, question and answer sessions and more importantly through extensive lab and practical exercises.

The CCNA Fast Track programme prepares delegates for the CCNA composite

exam however it is recommended that delegates complete a two-week period of self

study before completing the exam.
