This course forms the second part of a three tier development path – please also refer to ‘The Essential Office Professional - Professional Skills for Administrators and Secretaries’ and ‘Professional Development for Pas and Executive Secretaries’ (see page 10) to ensure that this course is the most suitable for you.

This two-day course is designed for PAs, executive secretaries and office professionals who want to be more proactive and skilled in order to manage multiple responsibilities more effectively.
