This qualification provides a foundation for the range of specialist ISEB modular certificates in the areas of Business Analysis, IS Consultancy and Business Change, plus the higher level ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis. In addition, this certificate can be used to provide a foundation in the subject for specialists in other disciplines, particularly Project Managers and System Developers. The syllabus is based on the BCS publication Business Analysis and this text is recommended for those preparing to take this examination.

  • None other than a general understanding of the Business or IT Environment.
  • Pre-Course Study – BCS Business Analysis, study guide (6-10 hours) and pre-course exercises – Plus 1 hours homework per night.
