Summary: 

This course leads to the ISEB Intermediate Certificate in Software Testing examination (which is completed at the end of the course) and provides test analysts and test managers with highly practical knowledge and techniques. The certificate is a prerequisite to candidates wishing to take either of the Analyst or Manager Practitioner certificate, a qualification internationally recognised in the tester community.

PreRequisites: 

A thorough knowledge of the Foundation Syllabus is essential. The recommended source is the BCS textbook ‘Software Testing – An ISEB Foundation by Hambling et al.

Examination candidates must hold the ISEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing Candidates with special examination requirements should consult the ISEB web site (www.iseb.org.uk) for the ISEB Special Needs policy. Note that the ISEB must be advised at least four weeks in advance of any special requirements.
